Every year during the month of September, photo organizers, companies, and photo retailers work together to raise awareness and educate people about the benefits of safeguarding their photos. We do this through online and in-person events and social media campaigns. You can get involved by hosting or attending an event in your area and following us on social media. The Photo Managers (formerly the Association of Personal Photo Organizers or APPO) is a professional membership organization that provides personal Photo Organizers with specialized training, support and tools to help their communities manage and preserve their photos and visual stories.
The Photo Organizers are a community of independent business owners who offer a vast knowledge of information on photo creation, organization and management services. The services can range from helping clients organize their photo collections to scanning old photos to large projects of cataloging a life’s worth of photos and everything in-between.
